When the agent is on auxwork state (pause), internal calls can not be "bounced"

Hello,

Tell me please if it is a possibility to avoid getting internal calls when the agent is on a pause (auxwork state)?
I tried to found a solution, but im shiftless. Could you help me please ?

How to activate "send all calls"

 
you program this feature on a button on his phone, man this is basic stuff here!

Yes, tried it, but it is not working, when agent logged in with ACD. Cannot to turn it on then.
Maybe you understand me wrongly. My problem looks like that: When i call internally to Agent (which is logged by ACD and is on AUXWORK state), he gets my call (pause is ignored). Could i avoid this behavior?
 
did you status his station when the send all calls was activated? also you can set direct agent calling to no on the system parm form
