Okay, I set my HTTP header to Expires immediatly. So, when I go back to the page, it should refresh, right? And then run my .Net code again? But it doesn't. What do I do?
 
Disable the back button if you need to. Please see the Tidbits FAQ for details on how to do so.

Thanks Paul, but question. Was that Javascript or C#? If C# I should be able to find the VB equivelent.
