I have Asus DSBF-DE server MB with IDE WD 500 HD Disk 0(3 partition 127GB each) and two Seagate 750 SATA HD Disk 1 & Disk 2. Also have 2 Intel Xeon E5410 processors. When I install W2K SP4 configures drive C no problem. I see Disk 1 and disk 2 basic each with 128GB. Since I want to setup drive E & F on WD 500 and use raid 1; how do I get access to the rest of the WD hard drive? I can turn off raid in bios and then I can see rest of WD hard drive. Thanks

I believe it's all in how (and when) you partitioned. You should first create a 500GB RAID 1 array using the entire drive(s), then partition it as if it was a single drive. You will then have (3) RAID 1 arrays, or so it will appear in BIOS.
