when programming SPID

do I enter first at the agent's SPID prompt or at that SUP's agt's key?

The supervisor set needs to be built first, then build the agent set. The SPID prompt on the agent set needs to be the position ID of the supervisor set.

i have added the agents to the SUP and all seems to work except for one other DN that I try to add to the SUP's AOM.

giving me error :

SCH0747
Agent DN does not exist.

Severity: Info

But the DN does exist and is a member of the ACD group, but not an agent that appears on the SUP's AOM.

any help is appreciated.
