when printing with Printer hpdeskjet 930 got error msg

Hi all

i need help urgently

when printing my report to printer hp deskjet930 got error msg "crw....about kernel 32"

i use another report for testing the printer but its ok...
i want to print with this printer hp for colour

"CRW32 caused an exception 10H in module SSCSDK80.DLL at 0137:0226216d."

what should i do?

YOu may want to do a search on the Crystal Support site KBase for 10H as well as the HP site for an updated printer driver.

This issue came up a while back that HP recognized and released some updated drivers for.

Basically the issue is the inability of this printer to be able to handle the chart/graph(s) in the report.
