Jul 3, 2007 #1 klamb IS-IT--Management Mar 30, 2001 55 GB CCMS 6.0 1150E sets We have a situation where our agents are on a Agent Call, if someone rings their DN, the call beeps, etc in their headset. Is there anyway for the call to the DN to get busy if the agent is on a call? Many thanks, Kenny
