When on Agent Call, make DN busy..??

We have a situation where our agents are on a Agent Call, if someone rings their DN, the call beeps, etc in their headset.

Is there anyway for the call to the DN to get busy if the agent is on a call?

Try setting SDNB to YES in your ACD Queue in LD 23
