Good Morning,

On all of our phones (OptiPoint 410 HFA) if you are on your Prime line and a call comes in on another button the ringer for that call is really loud. Even when you adjust the actual phone ringer on your phone to it's lowest level the line appearance buttons will still ring really loud if you're on your Prime line. I'm a relative newbie to Siemens and I can't seem to find any adjustment to control this. Shouldn't this be the other way where the second ringing button rings quietly because you're already on a call? (OpenScape 4000 V7 R2)

Thank you, have a nice weekend!

Rob

The ringing volume and types are controlled via the AMO KCSU
If you REG-KCSU:pRIM; and REG-KCSU:,SEC;
You will then see the individual ringing volumes and tones for each line presentation
