I am trying to manually enter a new keycode for CDP into LD 143. I type KMAN and it prompts me to enter Line 1 of my keycode. I enter Line 1 ok, then it prompts me for Line 2. Well, I enter line 2 and it comes back with a Checksum Error. I made sure I did not mess up on my multiple attempts but it will not take it. SO I try to do a KUPL and paste my keycode in, this also comes back with an error. I got these keycodes from Nortel. The disk set is in the mail but I needed this option ASAP. Is it possible that the keycode was generated incorrectly and even if I wait for the disk that it will STILL not work?

Thanks for the help. What actually happen is the keycode I got was 11 groups of 4 characters on one line about 7 lines deep. When I entered the first line I entered all 7 digits and it apparently took only the first 4 groups as Line 1. When I entered the second line it was not the true second line going by the 16 character format. I did it as 16 characters per line and all is AOK. Thank you luv2ski
