When is Royalty Payment required?

I need to make a report through crystal reports 8.5 developer's edition. It involves user to enter sex and year. Does it require royalty payments to crystal decision?

Er...no. If you've already paid for the product or are using a trial version, then a report like this is basically using the product the way Crystal Decisions intended you to use it. There's no 'royalties' to worry about.
