When IPO's go bad

Have several sites with 403's running various sw levels, 1.3, 1.4 and 2.0 where both analogue and dt phones mysteriously become logged out of their groups, this is not a user logging them out or pressing the group button.
Any ideas???

Since there's no charge for upgrading (except the cost of CD) upgrade all the site to a common level.

Whilst that might seem a shirty reply, the case is that if you try and escalate to Avay they will refuse to respond until all your sites are only the latest 1.4 or 2.0 flavor.

Do it for free now before you find that the next release is under license key control.

Yeah, I know the drill, what I am asking is , has anyone else experienced this and is it a bug???

Yep... We have the same problem on several sites. I often happens when users activate DND. When they deactivate DND they don't get any calls.

This is on 1.4(25). We have started upgrading sites to 2.0(16) and are waiting for the result. We have reported the bug.
