When I try to download...I end up with a microsoft chat file...which opens into a chat room!! ...as weird as it sounds...nothing about what I am downloading...other than the name appears at the top of the chat room....any idea of what I am doing wrong!!??? If you have MS Chat, uninstall it in Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs.
If that doesn't help and you're using Internet Explorer as your browser, repair it by going to either System Information/Tools/Internet Explorer Repair Tool or Add-Remove Programs.
If still no luck, uninstall your current version of IE. Your system will revert to the previous version. Save all your Favorites and e-mail messages before doing this. [sig][/sig]
