When I try and print my form it has a hidden page break

Ok, I have a form that has a lot of text boxes for data entry (about 30 or more all with labels) and a memo box 5"x3 1/2")

When I print the form it breaks it into 2 pages. There is no obvious page break (I made the form 7"x10" to accomodate single page printing), I've reduced the margins and header and footer so that I don't get the error "part of this page is outside theprintable area, blah blah blah". It simply and somewhat irrationally causes a break about 1/3 of the way down the page and forces it to print on 2 screens.

Any thoughts?
