I have a CICS with 3 lines. When I select one of the lines to make an outgoing call, TRANSFER shows up on the display. Also, when a call is parked on that same line, I cannot retrieve the parked call. If I call that number directly from my cell, for example I get a RNA. What do I need to check to make this a "normal" functioning line?

This is normal.
You'll have to be more specific about not being able to pick up a parked call.
How was it parked and how do you try to pick it up?
If you are calling a busy line and you are getting ringing but you don't hear it ringing in your office, there are two possibilities.
1) The line is hunting to the next line in the group and that line has a problem (no dial tone or programmed not to ring on any telephone)
or
2) The line has call waiting.
I suggest you bring in a tech to diagnose any line issues.

Sounds like corruption.
Not sure why you use Park when you only have 3 lines but to make sure you are doing it right.....
To park a call is F74, to retrieve a parked call is Intercom the code it was parked on such as 101.
If anything it should say "no call on 101" if not parked.
As mentioned Transfer on the display is normal on top of the 3rd soft key to the right of the 3, unless you are trying other 2 lines on a smaller phone with only 1 line display.
Otherwise like I said maybe some corruption going on , reboot or system startup and reprogram from scratch is in order.
