When I print the session was disconnect

I have a proble with one user, when this user try to print the session disconnect automatically. He have a client printer (HP 6P configured), but I have more users with the same printer and only ocurrs with he.

Anyone could help me?

I think that the problem is with the local client, try to pass the service pack most new.
