When I minimise remote desktop and then maximise I get a blackscreen

Hi

Does anyone know how to resolve the black screen issue which is created when you minimise a rdp connection, wait a few minutes and then maximise it? and then the black screen appears.

I have tried disabling Bitmap Caching and still nothing. One thing I will add is, the client I am using is win 7 connecting to a Server 2008 R2 64bit which is sitting in a virtual ESXi 4.1 environment.

Any thoughts appreciated.
