When I go to run the 'Package and Deployment Wizard' ......

.....for some bizarre reason something called VisData is loading up. Any ideas as to why the 'Package and Deployment Wizard' isn't loading up (i have used it before without problems)? Has anybody else ever had this problem?

Sounds like your shortcut has been redirected. Explore out to where your shortcut is and check its properties and make sure its pointed to the right place.
