When I delete or reactivate a case the allotments don't go back

I have service contracts where cases are created for accounts, and then deducted from a contract. The Contract work great, when I deduct an hour of time, 60 minutes are deducted from a contract.

I entered in a resolved case under the wrong contract which had 2400 minutes of service available. Then I reactivated the case, removed the wrong contract and contract line, insert the new contract and contract line, and re-resolved the case. The old contract stills shows 2310 allotments left. The new contract deducted like it should.

What is the procedure of moving a case, or revisiting a case after it has been resolved that will leave the proper number of allotments in the contract lines?
