When I close Outlook express it takes me offline

When my friend closes outlook express it takes her offline, I can't help as i don't have it. Where in the options can i she disable this option?

If you just want to work offline with Outlook Express,instead of closing it you can go to the file menu and choose Work Offline. Hope this is what you mean.
