When forwarding our Fujitsu 9600 fr

When forwarding our Fujitsu 9600 from a digital station to a remote location the call will fail if the local extension is called from off property or a cell phone, if called from another extension on site the forwarding will work, is this a trunk issue?

Sound like trunk to trunk transfer to me , I suspect this is a system wide setting.

ACSS (UC/SBCE/SM/SME)

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.
