When exporting to Excel, numeric columns appear as #####

I am using CR8.5 with Oracle 817.

Whenever the report is exported to Excel, the numeric columns appear as ######. Some columns appear correctly where length is 13, but above 13 they start appearing as ####. I have downloaded and applied Service Pack 3, but still have same issue. Any idea ? Thanks

That's just part of the export, just widen the column in Excel.

You can also make the column very wide in Crystal and that should help.
