When Creating Report from Query or Form - Error

I have a query that works fine in Access 2000,
it works fine in the form....

But when I try to save the query or form as a report AND when I try and just create a report from the query I get the

Object Invalid or No Longer Set

error....I have looked here...microsoft...and other places, I cannot figure out what is wrong with it....

I have checked my service packs they are all update...I have run through the code a million times no errors....the data comes out correctly...

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
