When check VM remotely it keep asking for extension 1

IP Office 406 5.2 embedded vm

When I dial the main number and hit *17 it ask "please enter your maibox number" I enter the ext. and it keeps asking for the mailbox number.

Not sure what is causing this.

* option in the menu is set for owner access....might be it...

MW2 needs new Maps....ASAP

Little more info...are you wanting to get to a mbox from the AA? Did this used to work and now it's not working the way it did before? Does the ext# have pswd entered in Mngr under User/Vmail tab? Is it a prob for just 1 ext. or all exts?
