How do I transfer a call when the extention is busy. I want the busy extention ring anyway for the transferred call.

You do that in system programming.
1. F **266344, then 266344 again.
2. At Terminals and Sets, press Show
3. Enter the extension number.
4. Press Show Twice.
5. Press next until you see Intercom Keys.
6. Press change until you reach 2, probably once.
7. Press Next once.
8. Press Release.
Once it updates, you should have 2 intercom keys on your extension.
