when adding second trunk card in cics 7.1 any tricks required

I have a CICS 7.1 and need to add second trunk card for more lines,is there tricks to doing this. The card is now in the system and I have added the 5th line but not sure what it is line 31?
 
Best way if it is acting like the rest of the lines is to copy any one of the lines to 031.
As for sets assign the line 31 as needed.
Also in Voice Mail make sure to program Line 031 as the others, no copy feature.

Power down, install card, power up.

Hello again
I am stumped on this. I have attached new incoming line to bix #9 (line 31) as per line assigments chart. But still unable to get dial tone at set for line 5 as I have four lines already Any suggestions where to go now

Make sure you are on the right amp cable.
Lines on the amp:
Line # - 1 2 | | 3 4 | | 5 6 | | 7 8
Pair # - 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14

Things to try:
Pull line 4 off and put your new line in its place to check the new line actually has dial tone.
Try other ports/lines (32, 33 34)
Power down and make sure you new card is seated properly
Power down and switch the 2 cards, if problem is now with line having no dial tone then bad port/s on card.

got the problem fixed turned out to be the wires on back of bix were not pinched down enough
