I'm adding 200 96xx IP phones, do I need to check the IP Network map to ensure there are enough free IP addresses in the range(existing voice subnet).

When adding IP phones do I need to check the IP Network map?

You'd need to check on the DHCP server or do a list reg in GEDI and sort by IP. The network map is how CM associates those IPs to regions and locations - so if you were opening a new voice vlan for capacity, yes, you'd want that subnet in there
