When adding a 400 card to an ACS Partner system (308 processor), what programming must be done to make the lines hunt internally and externally?

What are the feature codes?

Can this be accomplished using the Partners remote software?

Hi PlumCrazy1,
Yes, you can do this remotely if you have an ACS R5.0, I don't know about the earlier revs and "autoline select".
Incoming hunt sequence is determined by Bell / AT&T. Line assignment is done first (#301), Autoline select is done through Extensions - button programming - Program ALS sequence. (small box right of center, lower on your screen) You can also see what the current sequence is. You can set up the different extension types and copy to other, like extensions. Be aware of restrictions etc. so you don't wipe them out (or assign them).
Upload the changes and do a system restore to make active. Do this after hours or with customer permission as you will drop all calls on the system.
If you do not have the "Program ALS Sequence" box, autoline select will have to be done on site. Do this from Centralised Extension programming. (right intercom button from the system program mode) Select the extension, press ** and then your intercom/line order preference for each extension you want to change. As above, you can copy lines between extensions (#399). I sure wish you could copy button programming.
