I have a customer with CM 5.2 using MM 5.2 with MSS backend. They have a 302C Hard console and from the Hard Console the attendant is trying to access the night message mailbox of 1888. When the attendant dials 3333 (hunt group) into MM, she will enter * # and the mailbox number of 1888 and when they try to enter password the system states contact administrator mailbox is locked. If you go over to another telephone and dial 3333 then * # 1888 it will allow you access to the mailbox. I had user try her personal mailbox of 1046 and from console she gets the same results. Is there a setting on the console or console parameters that i can adjust?
