When a user dials LD

They terminate to a diiferent number. The system is a OPT11 with combos and an MCI T1. Calls are LD

Its wierd, I am not familiar with NARS and BARS, but this is whats happening. All users n one office can not dial 1-716-555-1212 and another number too thats LD fast busy. I they work, but it seems to happen with certain areas. I checked the NPA and compared RLI to ones that work. Oh well I don't get it
 
perhaps the NCOS of the phone is not high enough to allow access to this NPA. You can post an NPA (area code) that they can dial and NPA 716.
 
Print the NPA in LD 90 and see if it has any denied numbers attached to it.
