when a dn is picked up gets dead air

Dn appears as scr on multiple phones.

and sometimes user when picking up gets dead air.
all extenions have cls POA

its not consistent.

Any suggestions

change it to MCR..

SCR can only be used by 1 DN at a time...

this is a Scr key appears on 20 phones with cls poa.
some times it works correctly but sometimes get dead air.

Ask the people using the phones to tell you the next time they get a case of "dead air". Tell them when it occurs to not do anything with the phone but call you from a different phone. You do a trace on the associated phone/key and it may give you a clue as to what is happening.
