When a DID called, make a annoucement

I am trying to make it possible, when a person calls a DID (preferred internal only calls, if not no big deal), it will make a annoucement with a greeting.. then ring a extension.. with voicemail to pick up as normal.

We have a Option 81C.

Small info: I am a Entry Level Tech, that supports Desktops and Telephony (I hear the groans now). Any recommended sites for tips tricks and Learning starts?

It sounds like you need to setup in a ACD group. So when caller calls in gets announcement then routed to phone. try
