Whay it doesn't work?

Someone else desing a Delphi(6) Application using SQL Server 7.0. But If I remove the "System Administrator" privilege from the Database from the users, it doesn't work well, cause some problems.

Can you give an idea why is that happening..... please!!!!

I think you have to grant rights to the users of the database table. Probably the the guy which designed the database logged in as System administrator (SA)
I would create some users in the database like supervisor, user1 etc.
The supervisor I would grant delete, update, insert and select rights on all the tables of the application.
The user I would give read-only rights with the select statement and maybe update on some tables, but this depends on the type of application and the security involved.
