What's Your View Of ACT2005?

I'm thinking of upgrading our company from ACT!2000 (5.0) to ACT!2005 for Workgroups. For those of you using 2005, what's your opinion? I've seen a couple of places where people complain that it's so slow. Also, how was the migration from a non-SQL server version to SQL server?
