Whats wrong with this CSS Nav Bar? 1

Can anyone tell me why this nav bar (click above link to view)is;

A. Not displaying the top border
B. Not displayed in a straight line

Any help is appreciated.

You have:

If you change it to a little more:
<td width=&quot;640&quot; height=&quot;16&quot;>

at least 640 pixels in length it should be fine. You can add more if you would like.
