What's wrong with this command line

i am receiving the following error : Error 1925 You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as admin and try again.

Funny thing is that i am logged on as admin, there is also office 2000 installed on the target machines.

the transform file is configured to install word-excel-ppt ONLY, and leave outlook 2000 installed.

"T:\Managed Software\OFFICE_XP_2003_CD_E\FILES\OWC11\setup.exe" /jm "T:\Managed Software\OFFICE_XP_2003_CD_E\pro11.msi" /t "T:\Managed Software\OFFICE_XP_2003_CD_E\CAS Transforms\MS Office Suite\pro11noo.mst"

i tried various switches /jm /ju /u /j...but no success.

any guidance on this would be great

I thought the /jm had to be upper case. Check this and see.
