What's wrong? The data source (Element Server)has not been initialized

Hi!

First post here...After duplicating my project and creating a new database instance, I am getting this error in the original project:

The data Source (Element Server) has not been initialized.

I am getting this when trying to open(view) the attributes in Data Explorer.

I am new to MicroStrategy and trying to figure what could have caused this issue and how to fix it.

any input would be welcome!

It's a object oriented world man. You thought you only created new stuff but somehow you have probably changed the component the original project uses, connections, logins, who knows. Anyway, grab a book and find the support number then give them a call - it's probalby the quickest here.
