What's wrong: Error 429 ActiveX Can't Create Object

When I run my app on a client machine just won't work.
I recently change from DAO to ADO, I was really happy with DAO but I think it is time for a change.
Now, when I tried to open my app on a client I get this error message "Error 429 ActiveX Can't Create Object"

Any clues, comments, concerns are welcome.

Step 1
Regsvr32 C:\winnt\system32\InprocServer.dll

- OR -

Regsvr32 C:\winnt\system32\InprocServer.ocx

For some reason this is not working, I have distributed all my dlls including msado15.dll which is the one that I am using in my project but no luck.
I also have installed database drivers from (InstallBuilder Wise)ADO Version 2.0 which install the whole package of ADO dlls, another message that I get is "Error # 3706 ADO could not find the specified provider" and then another error "Error 430 Class does not support Automation or does not support expted Interface"
This is already driving me crazy.

Can anybody help!!

When changing to ADO, install the mdac_typ.exe on the user's PC before running your program. On Win95 SR1 PC's you'll have to install DCOM95.exe first (included in Win98 and later). You can download these packages from Microsoft's website.

What's this file mdac_typ.exe. I am using NT 4.0 SPK 5.0

I don't what DLL's are included in the Wise setup. Microsoft provides one single executable which installs all the necessary ADO DLL's.
Take a look at

I have found here some usefull ADO stuff myself.

One of client is successfully working but the rest is not.
I still get other kinds of errors:
"3706 Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed"
"3709 Operation is not allowed on an object referencing a closed or invalid connection."

Any clues?????????
