I'm an absolute newcomer to IP Office admin, and have managed to get an E129 registered, but it won't make or receive any calls. We have 1608 phones working. I eventually noticed that the requirement for "IP Office Release 9.0.3" stated in the manual is ambiguous to me. When I run IP Office the splash screen says "Version 10.1.0.0.0 build 237". However, when I connect to the phone system it's labelled as "Type: IP 500 V2 Version 9.0.0.0 build 829". Am I right in thinking this latter version is the important one, and that's why I'm struggling? If so, how do I go about updating it, or is that beyond my abilities?
