what's up with video email?

Any input on video email? They tell me the codecs are so good now that you can send video in an email without an attachment. The client justs records and sends. Sound too good to be true. Any first hand experienced users out there?

Russ, what product are you using? Is it a plug in or what. How does a person go about getting video email service. Do you download a program or what? Thanks for any info.
