What's Up Professional Question - performance hits? (SNMP)

We are currently using What's Up Professional and we monitor the systems by ping currently.

We are looking at monitoring the hard drives, processors and memory for the 60+ servers in our data center. Does anyone know what kinda hit on the network will occur adding SNMP for monitoring?
