What's this "Toast it" menu item?

How do I remove from my menu, when I Ctrl/Apple,
theoption called, "Toast it"?
Long ago I had removed from my system a video package called Toast.
Which is what I think the option refers to.

Use spotlight to find: ToastIt.plugin and delete it. It should be in Users > Admin > Library > Caches.
