This appeard on our PBX console this morning (81c):

DCH: 33 MSG LOG INDICATION TIME: 8:25:40
ALERT:38898
PROC:56273
PROG:9294
SETUP:40949
CONNECT:41705
CONNACK:40359
DISCONN:31516
RELEASE:65535
REL COP:32000
STATUS:6594
NOTIFY:140

Is this an error message, or some kind of status? I know it's for one of our PRI trunks but I'm not sure if it indicates a problem or not. Thanks,

Greg

Followup:

I did a PLOG DCH 33 in LD 96 and got the following:

DCH: 33 MAINT CONFIRM TIME: 9:23:04
COUNTER VALUE
2 6
10 11
11 6
16 175
18 2
32 2

I've opened a ticket with our telecom repair vendor, but I'm wondering how serious this is. Counter 16 (# messages with undefined information elements) is pretty high. I haven't received any user complaints so I don't know if it's effecting service in our call center. Thanks for looking.

Your Release counter rolled over. Anyone of the counter that rollover with cause the status indication to print out. This is more informational. Your PLOG may have privious error logged against it since the last time the logged was cleared. The PLOG is cleared eached time you type PLOC DCH #. List the report once and come back one hour later. If you log counters are incrementing, then you may have some error.

Note-The PLOG is for the D-channel only and does not indicate any problems with the T1 or E1. You need to do a LCNT "loop #" to see what is going on with the carrier.
