What's the next step?

Hi,
I'm trying to link an access Table to another table. The problem is that the other table is something that is stored in an Application called Geographix - whose underlying databse is sybase. I'm trying to contact the providers of Geographix, but I'm not very technical when it comes to these things. Could someone advice me as to what sort of information I should get from them- when I phone the creators of Geographix. Thanks, R.

you need to get the information like:

Name of the Sybase Database
Server name
Ip Address
Server port
User name
pass word
any sample connection string to connect to this sybase database
sybase client software
