What's the IP address that FireFox auto link to? 2

Hi there I'm using FireFox 1.5 and I'v found that everytime when I opened this browser, it automatically build a background link to this IP address: 203.166.110.169 : 80
Sure it's not my homepage address, and the FireFox would not display a webpage to this link, just looks like there was NOT such a link had been built. But when I open a IE browser, no such link was found.
Anyone knows what and who the IP address is? Is it a real problem? Thanks very much!

I'd be worried about why it tries to connect to that unnamed server. A good spyware & antivirus scan might be a good idea.
