What's the command in Avaya Site Administration..

We've expanded our physical site and I need to add additional criteria choices into our drop down selection when I do a "Change Station <ext. #>" command. On tab 3 for "Site Data" (I use GEDI) I want to extend the options for both the "Floors" and for "Building".

What's the command that allows me to extend our options on these two items so I can auto select from a dropdown menu?
