Whats the code to create a transparent rollover?

i am currently working on a CD ROM using director 8.5, i want to make a rollover image appear in middle of screen, but i want it to FADE in using transperency blends, i forget the code for it.. just need the code for

on mousewithin

anyone out there that can help?

sprite(x).blend = sprite(x).blend + 1

Avoid putting the above blend code in a repeat loop. That will freeze all your stage interactivity. You can try incrementing the blend value on exitframe.
