What's the biggest ATA-100 harddisk WindowsXP PRO SP2 will see all 1

Hello;can anyone tell me what the biggest ATA-100 hard disk I can use in Windows XP Pro SP2,NTFS format as all 1 partition?
For Example:Can I use a Western Digital ATA-100 500gig or 750gig as all 1 partition formated as NTFS?? and will it run ok? Thankyou for any info.

No problem with that size - can't remember max - think its at least multiple terabytes - Google it!
