Whats the best way to learn Business Objects

I will be moving to another group in my firm that is beginning to use Business Objects. In the next few weeks, i would like to get up to speed as much as possible...what is the best way to learn to use this tool?
Should I study the You-tube videos....any books you can recommend?

I learned using a CD-ROM. THat was ages ago, version 8.5, but there should still be something.
