What's the best way to add an extra ext. on a 9260?

I have this Hotline ext. I need to add on a 9620 but all of the button assignments are taken except for the last one.

This is the current layout

Can I place the extra extension on key 12
and how do I get the voicemail alert onto that phone for the new extension?

What I would do is remove a few of the buttons you currently have and use the feature access codes for those features instead of a button. Then you can add a bridged appearance for that extension or something to that affect with a message waiting indicator.
