What's the best settings for high latency on a network?

From my 8500, I have an IP CCIS set up to a 9300 on one of our branch office which is on a cruise ship. The connection is via satellite, so I'm getting response times for test packets of about 800ms.
In the ALOCL/AIVLC setup, what would be the best setting for jitter buffer setting for this scenario?
