What's the best app for recording streaming video with audio?

Can anyone suggest a good app for recording steaming video along with audio? I'd like to find one that creates files that not too large and are easily compatible with Adobe Premiere.

I've tried CapturePad, but I can't get the audio to work.

Also, I'm looking for one that's not too expensive.

Depending what you are trying to record, have you looked at the free version of Real Player, which includes an option to download?

If not, a trawl using Google should generate several promising ideas.

Any small downloaded file is likely to be highly compressed, which will make editing in any application less than easy. Premiere will only accept some types of compressed files on the timeline, even though they might play OK in the clip window or in the OS.
